Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by The Vape Okes is subject to availability. Replacements and refunds are available. In cases of unavailability, The Vape Okes will refund the client in full within 5 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract administration fee(s). We have a seven-day exchange and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If any items are damaged, notify us via email within 7 working days of delivery. If you receive the wrong goods, do not open the package and inform us immediately.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the goods. You may return any goods within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part. If you claim a defect or damage, you must return the goods to us for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation from us via email.

If an item is found defective and still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, it will be replaced unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.

According to the CPA, we are allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return it. Please be patient while we inspect the device.

You must obtain prior consent via email before shipping any goods back to us. All returns are your responsibility until they reach us.

Returned goods must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and full packaging. Refunds and warranties will not be applied if returned goods are found to be damaged due to your fault or negligence.

We offer a 7-day policy for exchanges if the product is faulty. Refunds are only issued after we have had the opportunity to resolve the issue with you. If you require a refund, all goods must be returned to us by post at your expense, ensuring they are in good condition.
